QIC has been appointed by the Queensland Government as custodian to set the strategy and guide the delivery of the four precincts above the Cross River Rail stations: Roma Street, Albert Street, Woolloongabba and Boggo Road.
Spanning potentially more than 60 hectares of inner-city space, each precinct has its own unique opportunities and development potential.
They will transform the way South East Queensland (SEQ) moves and fundamentally rewire the energy of the city.
With a potential end value of circa A$9bn over 25 years, this will be one of Australia’s largest ever urban renewal projects.
