ABOUT
We build the future today, so Australian communities can thrive tomorrow.
SEQ transformed
QIC has been appointed by the Queensland Government as custodian to set the strategy and guide the delivery of the four precincts above the Cross River Rail stations: Roma Street, Albert Street, Woolloongabba and Boggo Road.

Spanning potentially more than 60 hectares of inner-city space, each precinct has its own unique opportunities and development potential.

They will transform the way South East Queensland (SEQ) moves and fundamentally rewire the energy of the city.

With a potential end value of circa A$9bn over 25 years, this will be one of Australia’s largest ever urban renewal projects.
Who we are
QIC is one of the world's leading diversified alternative investment firms. Our AU$14.5bn* real estate portfolio comprises around 40 commercial and civic properties including vibrant town centres anchored by some of this country’s best loved shopping destinations.

We harness the cross-sectoral capability of QIC and a global network of collaborators spanning the full spectrum of urban planning, as well as strong government and community connections, to realise our multigenerational vision for each property. This enables us to craft places that are both world class and locally relevant.

What we do
We build places with community at their core by designing, developing and delivering spatial solutions that drive human connection. Our retail and lifestyle centres feature dynamic hospitality precincts and public realm amenities that encourage people to gather. They are augmented with premium office and hotel accommodation, and well-served by transport infrastructure.

We are continually evolving our properties as part of our commitment to power local economies and support healthy neighbourhoods.
